Ep 068 – What’s Your Next Offer Going To Be?

If you’re a life coach and you’ve only got one offer right now – most likely individual coaching – you might be wondering: isn’t that enough?

The truth is, one offer can only take you so far.

Having multiple offers not only gives your ideal clients more ways to work with you, it also makes your marketing easier, fresher, and more effective.

Why Three Offers?

You solve a specific set of problems for your clients, but those clients come in all shapes, sizes, and preferences. Some want the highest level of support and are willing to pay for it. Others want to work at their own pace. Some feel more comfortable in a group setting. Some want personalized attention.

That’s why it’s so powerful to create a set of three offers at different price points and levels of access to you:

High-ticket – usually individual coaching
Mid-ticket – group coaching
Low-ticket – something like a mini-course, challenge, or paid masterclass

With three offers, you meet people where they are—financially, emotionally, and logistically.

Marketing Gets Easier, Too

When you have three offers, you can rotate through them in your monthly promotions. Here’s the rhythm I recommend:

• Month 1 – Promote Offer 1
• Month 2 – Promote Offer 2
• Month 3 – Promote Offer 3
• Month 4 – Back to Offer 1
• Repeat

This simple system makes sure that every offer gets promoted regularly without exhausting your list or sounding like a broken record. Each time an offer shows up in someone’s inbox, it feels fresh – because it’s been months since they last heard about it.

And in between promotions? That’s when your nurturing content goes out. Weekly emails, podcasts, YouTube videos – whatever your engagement engine looks like.

Your Offers Work Together

When done well, your offers don’t compete with each other – they build upon each other.

Take my client who is a weight loss coach for women in menopause. We created a sequence of three offers that build naturally:

1. Free masterclass – packed with valuable insights to establish trust
2. Month-long class – paid, results-focused, and lower commitment
3. Group coaching program – for those ready to go all in

Each offer becomes a logical next step for the right person. Some people stop after the free class. Others go straight to group or even individual coaching. But the important thing is they have options—and those options are strategically designed.

Create Buzz

When you promote multiple offers, you create momentum in your business. You stay top of mind. Your audience doesn’t tune you out because they’re constantly seeing new, valuable ways to work with you.

And interestingly, when we promoted my client’s group coaching program, it actually increased demand for her individual coaching. People were drawn in by the buzz – and then opted for the offer that best fit their needs.

That’s the power of a multi-offer strategy.
